Yihe Axle Hydraulic Brake Caliper is a high-precision brake component designed for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, and new energy vehicles. With over 30 years of manufacturing expertise since 1994, our brake caliper products are supplied as complete axle assemblies to major OEMs nationwide, including FOTON, Chery, and JAC.

Equipped with 3 dedicated fully automatic assembly lines, the whole process realizes automatic press-fitting, precise torque tightening, and full online intelligent detection with 100% data traceability. Annual production capacity reaches 500,000+ pieces. All products are strictly produced in accordance with IATF16949 industrial standards, with stable hydraulic braking performance, excellent heat dissipation, and anti-corrosion capability.

Assembly Lines: Equipped with 2 sets of automatic mainreducer assembly lines

The mainreducer assembly lines support assembly for both fuelvehicle and edrive main reducer assemblies. Featuring a high level of fullline automation, they are integrated with testing stations for gear meshing performance, noise and air tightness. All qualityrelated data can be automatically stored.

The rear axle assembly line is compatible with multiple product types, including dead axles, fuel-powered drive axles and electric drive axles, with an annual production capacity of up to 100,000 units.

The rearaxle runin test benches are applicable to 140-210 series rear axles. They conduct run-in and noise inspections under noload, loaded and differential operating conditions. By testing under these working conditions, potential earlystage defects can be identified, effectively reducing aftersales failure rates of finished products after delivery.
